Researchers from the Nutrition and Metabolic Diseases Research Group (NuMeD) of the Department of Biochemistry and Biotechnology of the URV and the Pere i Virgili Health Research Institute (IISPV), - integrated in Tecnatox- have identified, in collaboration with researchers from Denmark and the United Kingdom, a group of metabolites in the blood associated with increased perceptions of satiety after food intake.
